What if you don’t take my insurance?

Hopeworth Physical Therapy is contracted with many popular insurance companies, however if we are not contracted with your insurance company, you are still able to use your insurance benefits, however it would be under your out-of-network benefits.  This means that the fee is paid up front to Hopeworth Physical Therapy and all of the documentation necessary for reimbursement is provided to the patient to submit for reimbursement from their insurance company.
